It goes without saying that this website does not provide expert, professional medical advice. We offer links to other websites we have found useful plus examples of personal experience and opinion.

Whether it's for an emergency or just general information, this mini-portal onto the medical world should help you find what you are looking for.

If it doesn't, please let us know what else you would like to see or add your own resources by contacting Motherwise

Meet the Hug-Me-Better Bears
- wonderfully cuddly Get Well bears.

You can heat them up in the microwave to keep you warm and they have a slight scent of lavender - very soothing and perfect for kids or grown-ups.

He makes a lovely tradition when the little ones are feeling under the weather - "Bring out the bear and let's get better" - just add a little Calpol and a cool hand on a warm brow!
